Processing Times for Domestic Shipments:

All orders containing on hand items are processed and shipped within 3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after the order is placed.

Important Shipping Notice for International Orders:

Please be aware that many of our products are shipped directly from our overseas warehouses. Due to international shipping processes, customs clearance, and global logistics, delivery times for these items will be longer than domestic shipments. Many items are pre-order which means that the wait time for shipment is much longer. Please understand that we will do our best to ship these items from the vendor in a timely manner but delays may be significant. Your patience is greatly appreciated!

Shipping Costs:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping costs are determined by the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as your shipping destination.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's journey directly on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages:

In the unfortunate event that your package is lost, damaged, or goes missing in transit, please contact us immediately at wegotienda@gmail.com or with your order number.
